Now that the spec for the reference plugin decomposition has merged [1], I have some patches which begin to reorganize the code in-tree prior to the move [2]. Since this will cause rebase nightmares, it would be ideal if we could look at merging these patches to prevent constant rebase pain. I'd appreciate reviews from neutron core reviewers and others and help in getting these merged.
