I updated my patch "Update test_db_api for oslo.db 2.0" (1) to not
depend on my "Fix Python 3 issues in nova.db.sqlalchemy" patch. I should
now be easier to fix gates.

I suggest to block my Python 3 patch (2) until gates are fixed.
