Hello, The Infra team will be taking etherpad.openstack.org offline this Friday (July 3rd) at 1900UTC to upgrade the database instance that backs this service. This upgrade will allow us to convert the utf8 character set in the db to one supporting 4 byte characters fixing a major bug discovered during the last summit. Expect total downtime to be about half an hour.
