the fix which is to cap urllib3 in stable/kilo.
Given the check queue and that change hasn't even started running test
jobs yet, please hold off on rechecking stuff so this gets a chance.
The grenade test failed because oslo.vmware on stable/kilo has uncapped
urllib3 so that pulls in the 1.11 still and we fail.
So we need to merge the g-r cap on stable/kilo [1] which will sync to
oslo.vmware on stable/kilo and we'll merge that, and then need to
release oslo.vmware on stable/kilo and we should all be hunky dory until
the next library release breaks the gate on Wednesday.
