What version of taskflow is installed? Cinder 2014.2.3 requires this
version of taskflow [1]:
taskflow>=0.4,<0.7.0
Which should get you taskflow 0.6.2, and taskflow 0.6.2 has this
requirement [2] for futures:
futures<=2.2.0,>=2.1.6
What version of futures is installed? Run 'pip show futures'.
