The approved Keystone blueprint (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/187045/
<https://review.openstack.org/#/c/187045/>) was held up during the Liberty
cycles by needing the data driver testing to be in place
(https://review.openstack.org/#/c/190996/
<https://review.openstack.org/#/c/190996/>). The main implementation is
already in review and this adds a new API without modifying other existing APIs.
Given the narrowness of the addition being made (and that it is already well
advanced in its implementation), I would like to request an FFE for the
completion of this blueprint since this provides valuable administrative
capabilities for enterprise customers in conjunction with the Keystone reseller
capabilities.
