To implement this specs in cross-projects it is also required to move oslo-incubator to private modules. IMO moving oslo-incubator/openstack as a private module oslo-incubator/_openstack will require lot of changes (import statements) in all projects which are using it which will be time consuming. I also want to know if anyone is proposing blueprint/specs for the same.
