I was wondering what the correct way of handling optional dependencies is? I'm specifically talking about libraries that are only required for a specific driver for example, so they're not technically a hard requirement and the project is expected to function without them when using a driver that does not require the lib. I read through the README in openstack/requirements [1] but I didn't see anything about it.
