Hello Igor, Mentioned error indicates that file "etc/manila/api-paste.ini" was not updated with one from new version of Manila. This file has dependency on version of project and can differ from release to release. So, just copy liberty version of this file to "/etc/manila/api-paste.ini" and then run Liberty Manila API service.
