In devstack stable/liberty, error is :
source openrc admin admin
openrc:90: unknown condition: -v
the line 90 and code block in openrc is
```

DEFAULT_OS_CACERT=$INT_CA_DIR/ca-chain.pem

export OS_CACERT=$DEFAULT_OS_CACERT
fi
fi
```
So how to source devstack/openrc ? What command it is ?
