Hello Sharma, Thanks for the question about openstack-ansible! Designate and Ironic aren't currently included in the standard openstack-ansible roles, but we're always looking for help in getting things like this done. There's already a spec open[1] for an Ironic role within openstack- ansible and I've heard talk about Designate from time to time. If you're interested in doing this work, you can create a spec using the template[2] from the openstack-ansible-specs repository.
