Hey folks,
In an effort to do some housekeeping, I clean up the list of core
reviewers in Fuel.
According to Stackalytics the following cores show a low contribution rate:

Also, I've removed Sebastian Kalinowski as he said he has no time to
work on Fuel anymore.
Once former cores show high level of contribution again, I'll gladly
add them back.
