That means on the week of Jan 4th we'll hold "biweekly-odd" meetings,
and not "biweekly-even" meetings.
Unfortunately, to add to the confusion, the subtlety of two odd weeks
following each other is lost to yaml2ical: it just generates an iCal
that puts biweekly meetings every two weeks starting from the generation
date. This bug will cause the generated iCal to be off (showing
biweekly-odd meetings on that week) until it's regenerated on week 1.
The ICS on eavesdrop.openstack.org was just regenerated, so meetings for
this week should now appear correctly.
