The 3rd party ci working group meeting is on even week Tuesday[1], which means 
the next meeting is next week, and not tomorrow.
The ical definitions are a bit off as referenced below.

The ICS on eavesdrop.openstack.org was just regenerated, so meetings for this 
week should now appear correctly.
