Hi All,
Not sure if this already is being looked into. neutron-dvsm-api gate has been
failing consistently offlate.
The only test failing in the gate is
neutron.tests.api.admin.test_floating_ips_admin_actions.FloatingIPAdminTestJSON.
test_create_floatingip_with_specified_ip_address
There are quite a few reviews which seem to be affected by this.

Can somebody help fixing the gate.
