Hi bharath, I think it is better to create a bug about that to discuss this issue. I am not sure that Openstack Dev Mailing List is appropriate place to discuss bugs.
BTW, your trouble looks similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/devstack/+bug/1515352. Could you please try WA described in the bug?
