Yep. I wanted to test out just the Overcloud subset. I'll abandon
mine; CI ran.
Feel free to take over it if you feel like it miss something.
I haven't worked on it since lot of time now, and it will need to be
rebased.

But I have no idea how to kick off the CI to really test it. The check
came back way too quick for it to have done a full install; less than 3
minutes. I think it was little more than a lint check.
How can I get a real sense of if it is this easy or if there is
something more that needs to be done?
