Many of the gate tests failed and I notice that appears to be the case
with most of the reviews going back a while in the past. From a quick
check I did not see anything related to this change that would have
caused the failure signatures I was seeing.
Is this a known problem? Is anyone already working on it in any capacity?

The issue was due to fixtures release. Now fixed. You already rechecked, so
just wait for new test results.
