There isn't a huge formal set of rules. The guidelines though are that
it's short and/or demonstrates a piece of cloud function that if broken
we'd consider the whole cloud to be non functional.
It's used in the gate for grenade testing, so needs to stay at about 5
minutes overall run time when running 4 way.
