On the Tuesday (April 26th) before Project Specific Design Summit Sessions kick off, we'll again have a Cross Project Session Day. This is a time sliced out where we can tackle some of the issues that span across our OpenStack Community.
We'll be doing proposals for this via etherpad, to match the way all the rest of the Design Summit planning by projects seems to be happening. Please propose items into here - https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/newton-cross-project-sessions Session ideas will be open until April 2nd. After which point the TC will do selection and scheduling. Basic Ground Rules: Preference will be given to OpenStack-wide topics that impact all OpenStack projects. If time allows, we may have space for sessions affecting a smaller subset of projects, so feel free to propose such topics too. Our space is a bit more flexible in Austin than in Tokyo, so the exact track structure will be figured out later once the content is there. Remember, the Design Summit sessions work best when this is the middle of the conversation, not the beginning of one. If you have any questions, feel free to ask on this email thread.
