Yes, was announced at the keynotes in Austin. May 2017 OpenStack Summit
will be held in Boston and the November 2017 OpenStack Summit will be
held in Sydney.

It should be continually noted that a non-zero number of our
contributors do not use Twitter and are unlikely to start. So while
tweets are great for the people who do use it, it should never be
considered to have been communicated to our community if it was only
