Hi stable-maint-core and all, I would like to propose Brian for neutron specific stable team.
His stats for neutron stable branches are (last 120 days): mitaka: 19 reviews; liberty: 68 reviews (3rd place in the top); kilo: 16 reviews. Brian helped the project with stabilizing liberty neutron/DVR jobs, and with other L3 related stable matters. In his stable reviews, he shows attention to details. If Brian is added to the team, I will make sure he is aware of all stable policy intricacies. Side note: recently I added another person to the team (Cedric Brandilly), and now I realize that I haven’t followed the usual approval process. That said, the person also has decent stable review stats, and is aware of the policy. If someone has doubts about that addition to the team, please ping me and we will discuss how to proceed.
