Hi Gerard, You could've done one or all of the below things, First of all, you should have included [ceilometer] or [telemetry] in subject. (which i have done in the reply) so its targetted intended receipients. Second you can open a bug at [1] or lastly, you could have joined #openstack-telemetry and reported the issue. 1&2 are preferable to track in case you could not find someone at IRC.
