Hi,
I am working with a vendor who has virtualized his appliance. The vendor's
appliance is essentially a bump-in-the-wire appliance.
Consider the diagram below. The vendor's appliance is B connected to ports 2 and
3.Whatever comes into B from port 2 is acted upon and then the samepacket is
sent towards port 3.  Similarly, anything that comes into B from port 3 is
acted up and then thesame packet is sent towards port 2.

A      B   C

Obviously, there are issues with implementing such a function with Openstackdue
to flooding and unknown unicast MAC issues.Has anyone successfully implemented
a bump-in-the-wire function such as B with openstack ?
thanks,Farhad.
