Project renames are limited to certain maintenance windows @ infra, so that's something to be aware of re: timing and coordination.
Also for clarity, can we discuss and highlight the differing use cases and eventual plans a bit re: the neutron-openvswitch subordinate charm vs. the openvswitch subordinate charm?
