This is Xin from Big Switch. I'm proposing to make os_net_config to
support DPDK virtual switch for NFV workloads.
Current os_net_config supports ovs_bridge, linux_bridge, ivs_bridge
and different types of interfaces. Current os_net_config's abstraction is
perfect to support DPDK switches for NFV workloads as well.
If this proposal makes sense, I would love to start with adding the
support for Big Switch's DPDK switch first, which is called nfv-switch. The
code change will be very similar to https://review.openstack.org/#/c/274492/
