With this bug fix the resize_instance definition was effectively changed
that is
passed into the virt drivers finish_migration() function, IMHO.
Is it really true that changing memory and/or cpu isn't a resize at
all? If so it seems
the definition of the resize_instance parameter for finish_migration
should be changed.
Opinions/Thoughts?
