Well, not really :-) It might work in devstack, but it really breaks TripleO. We currently configure Apache with the same template of configuration for Nova, Cinder, Keystone, Ceilometer, Aodh, Gnocchi, Mistral, (...) and Ironic. Ironic is the only service that looks unstable when deploying with Apache.
