Which I've been trying to do as much as possible. It's easy to do so for
OpenStack components (ie: OpenStack libs, Oslo libs, clients, etc.).
It's sometimes harder for 3rd parties which are also used by
non-OpenStack related software within the distribution (for example,
Django, SQLAlchemy, etc.). For these, from a distro perspective, the
wider range of version the better.
