Hi All,
Currently, I'm trying to set up manila on an environment which is
running Liberty. Both the API and scheduler can operate well, but when I
run 'manila service-list', I always get following error:

I think I might miss some configuration but I cannot figure out what the
configuration is. I tried to google it but had no luck either. Does
anyone encounter this issue before and help me out of this?
