I don't have a "yes" or a "no" but I have some thoughts here. My wish is that we would engage more efforts in upstream CI to get tripleo jobs more stable, reliable and voting. Some recent efforts have started and we keep making progress; more folks are engaged in upstream CI and I'm very positive that things will get better. I just find it odd that some third party CI would vote while some of our upstream jobs using TripleO cloud and Nodepool would not be voting. Don't consider it as a "no", but just some feedback I would like to share here.
