The proposed time, 0100 UTC Thursdays, is a time that I should be able to attend as well, so that I can serve as chair, though it would be helpful if someone from the timezone stepped up just in case I'm not able to make it, since this is a bit after my normal EOD. So please, if you're not able to attend our current meetings [1], but you'd like to help with the working group, go +1 or -1 that review to let us know if that time will help. Thanks!
