Greetings OpenStack community,
This week's meeting of the working group saw some conversation about
activities related to API topics at the upcoming OpenStack summit. There
will be a "birds of a feather" session for the working group on
Wednesday from 12:15-12:55, please see our etherpad for topics[7]. There
will also an API usability study being done on Monday, for more
information please see the official wiki[8] and the etherpad with
suggested topics[9].
We also have frozen 2 guidelines for review by the OpenStack community,
please see the section below for links.
Finally, there will be no meeting of the working group next week Oct 27
as most of the community will be focusing on the summit.
# New guidelines
There are no new guidelines that have been merged this week.
# API guidelines that have been recently merged

The following guidelines are available for broader review by interested
parties. These will be merged in one week if there is no further feedback.

# Guidelines currently under review [6]
There are no other guidelines currently under active review by the
working group.
# API Impact reviews currently open
Reviews marked as APIImpact [1] are meant to help inform the working
group about changes which would benefit from wider inspection by group
members and liaisons. While the working group will attempt to address
these reviews whenever possible, it is highly recommended that
interested parties attend the API WG meetings [2] to promote
communication surrounding their reviews.
