Hello Translations and Reno Team, I'm looking for help with a the Barbican release notes job. In the last week, our release note gate job starting failing with the following error.

Seven days ago, our release notes worked and included a Chinese translation. Today, our gate is blocked for any patch that attempts to build release notes. We're stumped. :-) We'd appreciate any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks! --Dave
