The PLURALS dict in neutron.api.v2.attributes is written to but never used. Before rehoming neutron.api.v2.attributes to neutron-lib I am removing all references to PLURALS [1].
All subproject maintainers should remove the use of PLURALS from their code. I have submitted patches [2] for most subprojects. This will be highlighted in the next Neutron team meeting [3].
