Hi everyone, The PTG Travel Support Program helps contributors that are not otherwise funded to join their team gathering at the Project Teams Gathering.
As explained on http://www.openstack.org/ptg#tab_travel , the deadline for applying to the Atlanta PTG travel support program is this week ! So please apply now if you need it: https://openstackfoundation.formstack.com/forms/travelsupportptg_atlanta These submissions will be evaluated next week and grantees will be notified by Friday, December 16th. That said, some people won't know if they get their travel funded until early January. In order to support those, a *second phase* for the travel support program will be held in January: January 15th, 2017: Final deadline to submit phase 2 applications January 20th, 2017: Notification of phase 2 approved grantees NB: People who got rejected in phase 1 are automatically re-considered in phase 2, without needing to re-apply. This email is also the occasion to remind you to register for the event if you haven't yet. The earlier we have the information, the easier it is to plan room sizes and layout. In order to encourage early registration, prices will increase on January 24 and February 14.
