all,
i'm seeing continuous errors when the gate script starts running tempest test,
for neutron. it tries to download some packages even though these are visible
in pip list output, and fails when trying to find a source for oslo.i18n >=
0.1.0
interestingly, when i ran the same job on sandbox, it worked fine.
any pointers?
