Hmm okay. I didn't realise that the nodepool images were so fragile. I have to admit I assumed it'd more or less be: grab the vivid.img from $cloud-provider / Canonical customise save and upload. Looks like I have a lot more learning to do. Thanks Ian. Yours Tony.
