Hi Rick, This is the second time [1] I raised a problem with the Prophetstor CI. You said you would then fix things [2], but my email went unaswered [3]. "I will fix it" is not going to cut it this time. I want actual answers on how you're fixing this so we can stop this dance. Also what are you doing for monitoring, instead of me having to notify you?
