Jeremy, For you information, we've prepared a composite update with the whole diff between current stackforge repo and github repo in a single CR. Please, tell if you could find a time to try and push the 'master' branch from https://github.com/Mirantis/octane.git to stackforge/fuel-octane? If you won't have time to look at it this week, we can go with the combined patch.
