I already asked Weidong to list the compass repos in the retirement wiki
page about two weeks ago.
Per I just checked, there are duplicates listed now.
I am not sure if it will confuse the migration script if any.
Please go ahead and remove the duplicates.

The October rename does not affect any application for your project(s)
to be listed in the governance repo. That is a separate issue.
