In irc, it was decided to see if we could find a time to discuss this (Jim Meyer and infra developers who understand infra testing use of HP cloud). http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/irclogs/%23openstack-infra/%23openstack-infra.2015-10-21.log.html#t2015-10-21T20:22:45 The current list i have of folks who should gather is Jim Meyer, Monty Taylor, Jim Blair, Jeremy Stanley, Clark Boylan, Elizabeth Joseph and myself, Anita Kuno. Given that this is very short notice to organize a time to talk and that Jeremy and Clark arrive in Tokyo on Sunday night, as well as that it appears all of the above will be at the tc/board meeting on the Monday (I'm not positive about Elizabeth, can you share your plans Lyz?), the current plan is to try to find 15 or 20 minutes during lunch break to discuss this and create an agreement about next steps and a follow up plan. I am informed the only room open during the Monday is the board room so we might have to make due with a hallway, lobby space, restaurant, or perhaps a corner of the room the board is meeting in. We might play this one by ear as I am expecting we will all be able to see each other during the Monday. The infra team is very grateful and appreciative of the companies that take the time, trouble and take on the considerable work load to make a commitment to OpenStack's development and support it. We are grateful for our past relationship and we also acknowledge the speed with which Jim Meyer made contact with the infra team on irc to offer his support to find a way through this situation. Conversations that imply that the infra team is not grateful to our host cloud companies is not a reflection of the perspective of infra.
