The ACLs of the projects created on Friday are still broken:

We merged a change for puppet-jeepyb yesterday that should have fixed
this (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/245217/ ) but the situation is
unchanged. Do we need to trigger the run manually to fix the ACLs? Or is
there another bug to fix?
