Hi, Puppet OpenStack CI (and eventually more) are having CI issues when running centos7 on Internap cloud.

I haven't dig in the exact root cause yet, I'm trying to add more gem debug to figure what step during the install takes time. It happens only on Internap cloud, only on Centos7 and all the time.
