Hi Vishal, Thank for the quick response, the python-neutronclient is a dependency for the dashboard installation, when I try to remove it, it says it will remove the dashboard installation as well. Do you know of a way to force the openstack not to use the neutron client, but to use the nova-network? And for your other question, in the nova.conf – network_api_class = nova.network.api.API

Would you please check below: 1) Use rpm -qa (REL based) or dpkg -l (debian based) to look for the package python-neutronclient.
