Hello. I'm setting up metering for the first time. I'm using Icehouse, and - after following the instructions <http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ceilometer/install/manual.html#installing-the-notification-agent> - I'm now seeing samples from most of the services (nova, neutron, swift, and glance). But I'm not seeing volume-related meters (and their samples). I have the notification_driver and control_exchange variables set in cinder.conf. Any suggestions on how to fix (or debug) this?
