If possible, I'd like to add "what is a tag, and why it's good to align

Also, we have not yet agreed on the medium used for the meeting.

2) Google Hangout
3) OpenStack-Infra Phone bridge
4) Your exotic choice here
IRC would be my choice, since it's the community's de-facto medium.
