Hurry - the submission deadline is July 13th at 11:59pm PST (July 14th at 6:59 UTC). Details on the selection process and track chair information can be found here <https://www.openstack.org/summit/barcelona-2016/call-for-speakers/selection-process>. June 17th is the deadline for track chair nominations. New: Proposed sessions must indicate a format: Panel or Presentation. Each format has a maximum number of speakers associated. Panels are allowed a total of four speakers plus one moderator, whereas Presentations are limited to two speakers. As a reminder, speakers are limited to a maximum of three presentation submissions total. Contact <mailto:[email protected]>[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> with any submission questions. REGISTRATION Registration is now open <https://openstacksummit2016barcelona.eventbrite.com/>. Purchase your discounted early bird passes now. Prices will increase in early September. SPONSORSHIP SALES Sponsorship sales will open Wednesday, June 15, at 8:00am PST (15:00 UTC). At that time the executable electronic contract will be made available for signature HERE <https://www.openstack.org/summit/barcelona-2016/sponsors/#how-to-sponsor>. All sponsorships will be sold on a first-come basis determined by the time stamp on completed electronic agreements. The top level sponsorships and limited quantity add-ons always sell out quickly so please be mindful of that. Once you execute the Barcelona Summit contract you will receive a confirmation email from Echosign, you must click the link in that email to complete the signing process. Don’t forget that last step! If you have any overdue balances owed to the Foundation then these must be paid in full before you sign the Summit contract. AUSTIN SESSION FEEDBACK During the OpenStack Summit in Austin we did not receive as many sessions ratings as we'd have liked via the mobile app. Here’s another chance to provide feedback to speakers. You'll find that the session list is based on your personal schedule. If you didn't attend one of the sessions listed, just skip it. We will also be improving the in-app feedback mechanism for future Summits. Please note that all feedback will be publicly viewable including your name.
