I share this for anyone that needs visa. for Austin we had something like this: https://www.openstack.org/summit/austin-2016/austin-and-travel/ https://openstackfoundation.formstack.com/forms/visa_form_austin_summit anyone that needs to apply for Visa will need a 'US point of contact information'.
