That's good, so glance appears to be fine. I'm trying to figure out a good next step to troubleshoot this. It'll have to be on dom0, but it doesn't look like many messages are created during the download phase that are useful for debugging. Can you search for 'download_vhd' in /var/log/user.log on the dom0? It should exit with code 0.
